A League Safe—identifiable by their yellow shirts—are those who have completed the League Safe Course. The course is an online safety awareness course, designed to help create a safe, healthy and fun Rugby League environment and outlines the role and responsibilities of the League Safe during a game. The course reinforces that the League Safe is only allowed to provide water to players and to assist with the interchange process. League Safe’s are NOT qualified to treat injuries and are required to refer the management of them to the League First Aid Responder, Level 1 Sports Trainer and/or Level 2 Sports Trainer.
